Emerion Refund Policy
1. Subscription Refunds
Subscription fees are non-refundable once the service has been activated.
Refunds may be issued only if billing errors occur.
2. Product Refunds
Physical products (QR/NFC kits) may be eligible for refund or replacement if:
Received damaged
Defective upon delivery
Incorrect item delivered
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not available for:
Change of mind after activation
Incorrect information entered by the user
Lost or damaged products due to user handling
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.
