Refund Policy

Emerion Refund Policy

1. Subscription Refunds

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable once the service has been activated.

  • Refunds may be issued only if billing errors occur.

2. Product Refunds

Physical products (QR/NFC kits) may be eligible for refund or replacement if:

  • Received damaged

  • Defective upon delivery

  • Incorrect item delivered

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not available for:

  • Change of mind after activation

  • Incorrect information entered by the user

  • Lost or damaged products due to user handling

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.
